Q7Leader is a cloud-based HR intelligence platform that enables managers to create objective employee profiles in under 10 minutes by answering seven structured, peer-validated questions—reducing bias and streamlining performance evaluations . These profiles feed into intuitive dashboards offering “People P&L” analytics, helping leaders track talent strengths, skill gaps, engagement, succession readiness, and fair compensation decisions. Designed to modernize HR processes, the platform supports collaborative talent reviews, succession planning, transparent reward mechanisms, and compliance—all from one centralized interface.

Get API Token

• Log in to the account at my.q7leader.com using manager/admin credentials.
• Navigate to the Integration or API Tokens section, usually accessible from your profile dropdown or the Admin/Settings menu.
• Click “Generate Token” .
• Provide a unique label/name (e.g. "Peliqan Token").
• Select the appropriate permissions or scopes, ensure at least read access for endpoints like /member/{member}.
• Click Save or Create.

Connect Q7Leader through the Peliqan Connectivity module :

Click on Save to proceed with creating the data pipeline for Q7Leader.

Additionally, you can select tables to Sync by clicking the Advanced button.

Q7Leader data sync to DataWarehouse

Peliqan offers an out of the box data warehouse. Optionally you can choose to sync data to your own data warehouse such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, MS SQL, etc.

Data will be synced to the chosen data warehouse and made available through the Peliqan UI for exploration.

With the Peliqan query engine, SQL queries on Q7Leader data can be executed and data can be transformed and combined with other sources.
